Changes
  Changed path to CGI script get_db_list.cgi
  from 'get_db_list.cgi' to 'cgi-bin/get_db_list.cgi'.

Files changed in patch:

  website/html/search.in

Installing the patch:
  1) Ensure that all previous patches have been applied
  2) Change into the root meme_4.4.0 distribution directory
  3) run
    patch -p0 -i PATH_TO_PATCH/meme_4.4.0.patch_7
  4) cd to website/html in meme_4.4.0 distribution tree
  5) run 
    make; make install

 If run on split server (separate Apache and Tomcat servers) this patch needs to be
 applied to the website side.
