Changes
  MAST: Fixed a bug where (in the html output only) protein motifs were shown reversed in the annotated sequence view.
  MAST: Improved the annotated sequence view to clearly define the motif borders.

Installing the patch
  1) Ensure all previous patches have been installed.
  2) change into the meme_4.4.0 directory.
  3) run "patch -p0 -i PATH_TO_PATCH/meme_4.4.0.patch_2" (without the quotes)
